The American Airlines Environmental Building was constructed on a 20,000 SF site with a final building square footage of 8,500.
This warehouse and storage facility is used to collect, identify, sort, store, and ship-out chemicals and hazardous materials collected from all AA facilities on DFW property.
Within the space there is a small office area with conference/breakroom and restrooms.

About Fast-Trak Construction
Fast-Trak Construction, Inc. is owned and operated by John and Anna Cicur. Anna Cicur owned a construction service business for approximately 10 years prior to Fast-Trak Construction. John Cicur began in the construction business over 30 years ago. He has an established track record in the business beginning with McCall Construction, Dayton, OH, as Project Manager for 8 years. Upon arriving in Texas he took a position with Trammell Crow Company as Property Manager and later began a construction company within Trammell Crow functioning as the President of Tanner Construction totaling 10 years. John then took a position with Windward Construction LTD., in Dallas as Project Manager for two years until the company was dissolved. At that point, John and Anna began their own business as Fast-Trak Construction.
John and Anna incorporated Fast-Trak Construction on October 20, 1992. Fast-Trak began with John overseeing field operations and Anna overseeing the office – adding three additional project managers the 2nd year in business. The business has grown over the past 15 years and in all Fast-Trak has 16 project managers varying in areas of expertise in the commercial finish out business including new and remodel interior construction and ground-up. These areas include high-rise interior finish, banks, commercial office/warehouse, retail, professional services such as doctor/dental offices and specializing in projects at DFW Airport. Fast-Trak Construction has enjoyed a long relationship with Trammell Crow Company / CB Richard Ellis. In 1999 Fast-Trak Construction received Trammell Crow’s Contractor of the Year Award due to our commitment to customer service. John and Anna have grown Fast-Trak Construction from a company with annual sales of $2,000,000 in 1993 to annual sales of $74,000,000 in 2006.
