McKesson Pharmaceuticals scope included 86,080 SF space consisting of 31,992 SF conditioned storage space, 50,789 SF of office space with high end finishes, 1,932 SF of café space and 1,367 SF corporate training area with a vertical folding motorized partition. Specialty finishes included suspended floating cloud ceilings between 18’-20’ AFF in café area, travel corridors had architectural wood grille ceilings suspended at 24’ AFF. Interior lighting included architectural pendant and linear LED fixtures connected to remote controlled driver system. Exterior scope of work included 85,000 SF parking lot expansion adding (215) additional parking spots.
