This 116,000 square foot facility has the capacity to hold 18 simulators. This facility also serves as home to Envoy, ATI (Amazon’s Prime Aire core line) and Omni Air to include their cabin crew training department with 10,000 Square feet dedicated to training their crews using Boeing 767 and 777 door trainers along with associated emergency equipment. Also, ATP Jets shares our Dallas 2 building as their main headquarters and ground school training center. Dallas #1 is nearly 40,000 SF with construction starting in 2016. Dallas #2 116,000 SF facility starting in 2020. Both were 1st generation finish-outs, with several sections being remodeled. This was followed by ATP finish out in 2020 and was completed in 2021. We constructed all the offices, training rooms and conference rooms. In the sim bay we constructed the 3.5’ thick simulator pads requiring large electrical services. There’s roughly 3500Amps of 480v service now, with talks to max out the service to 4,000A. With many changes/additions continuing.
